All holster orders are shipped for FREE.
Shipping is currently only available to the United States, and will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
Please contact us before returning any item in the mail. Since some holsters are made to order, we will only accept returns for incorrectly manufactured holsters or warranty issues, assuming they are still in Original condition, within 30 days of package delivery.
In the case of returns due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), a refund for your shipping costs will also be granted when returned via USPS First Class or Priority shipping, up to $7.00. A photo of the shipping receipt must be provided, either by email or included in the return package.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your package, depending on the method of refund. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping provider (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (~1 business day), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
